The Roland VH-12 hi hat controller can be mounted to all hi hat stands, top and bottom cymbals are fully movable, for absolute realistic feel with sticks and pedal, provides convincing, the whole bandwidth of a realistic hi hat, from closed to open, including the half-open position, with all its nuances. Pitching and sustain are variable, like with an accoustic hi hat.
